Cornelia Neeser

set up key-SIS in February 2007 as a consultancy company for the hospitality industry and implementation partner for the Software Company PPR (Programming-Pool Romania).

Cornelia Neeser started her career as an
IT Software Consultant (SAP FI/CO; CRM etc.) with KPMG Consulting (now BearingPointInc. - Management & Technology Consultants).

After working for three years within the financial sector she moved to Universal Music Deutschland GmbH as a
Division Controller.
She initialised and implemented new reporting structures and calculation modules for the development sectors DVD and E-Commerce and was also key in implementing a new project control tool for calculations, invoicing and approval of new projects.

By joining Arkona AG she became familiar with the complexity of figures within the hotel industry. Her major task was to standardise the reporting for the whole Chain. New properties within A-ROSA resorts were opened in Scharmützelsee, Travemünde and Kitzbühel which meant as operative Controller optimising the various processes and standardising the different software applications being used by the different divisions such as front office, resource planning, accounting etc. As
Chief Concern Controller she implemented an Information Management System for the Arkona Group in 2006.

From the beginning of 2008 she is working as external IT Projectmanager for the new established hotel chain Grand Tirolia www.grand-tirolia.com with the HQ located in Kitzbühel, Inteco Hotel Management. 


Antje Ewald

is since May, 2008 as a Junior Consultant, part of the competence team  of the company key-SIS.

She began her occupational way already before the successful ending of her study in Commercial Law, with the mainfocuses international Commercial Law, Internet Law and New Technologies (Dipl. economic lawyer (FH)).


Her training period in the group Arkona AG prepared her successful career way in the hotel industry, in the divisions operations and marketing and she will introduce her experiences and knowledge as a foundation of her consultation activity.

As expert for Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and Electronic Cash Register Systems, she already supported the preopening of the Golf & Ski Resorts Grand Tirolia in Kitzbühel.
